Embroidery: The Process When ordering embroidered goods two separate prices apply, Digitizing/Set up Charge and Embroidery per item 1. Digitising / Set up Charge Transferring the required artwork / design to an embroidery format.
Our standard embroidery service is for lettering only. This is subject to a standard set up charge of £10.00 for new designs. Embroidered Logo's How to get a quote. There are a number of ways to do this: 1. Send the design via e-mail in jpeg or bitmap format. (Artwork needs to be of a good quality) 2. Forward by post an item/sample of the logo/design (any item). 3. If you have an embroidery format design already set up, forwarding this will eliminate the standard set up charge stated earlier. We can read and cost the design based on stitch count.
Embroidery creates an impression of quality and style. This process is excellent for polo shirts, sweatshirts, corporate clothing etc. Sportec take its responsibility to delivery excellent production very seriously and therefore we spend a lot of effort in creating a professionally digitizing logo to embroider onto your products. The benefits of embroidery will over a long period be very cost effective but as with most process it is not suitable to very light garment and waterproof products. The other positive is that once embroidered the quality of the thread will normally outlast the garment itself.
