FAQ's

Question: How do I order?

Answer: Once you have registered online via our quotation system and we have all the required detials for yourself one of our sales staff will contact you either by telephone or e-mail to gather all revelant information i.e Colour of garments, Sizes and detials for embroidery/printing (if any) to completed your order.

Question: How do I pay?

Answer: Cash, cheques and credit cards are acceptable. Mastercard and Visa payments are subject to a surcharge of 3.5% added to the total on invoice. Debit Card £1.00 surcharge. If you are collecting from our offices you can obvoisly pay in cash if you wish.

Question: How long will it take for my order?

Answer: This depends on the following:

(1) Does the garment/garments need embroidery, printing or both. If this is the case, from the time we gather all the information required to completed your order to delivery/pick up it will roughly take 14 working days. Repeat orders 7-10 days approx. (This may increase or even decrease depend on current work load currently taking).

(2) If there is no embroidery or printing needed, and there's  sufficient stock of the product we will do our upmost to deliver within 2-3 days of order. If you can pick up from our office you can in most cases have a day turn around with your order.

Question: What are your opening and closing times?

Answer: The office is open Monday-Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm. (We do not close for lunch)
